  • 50% Deposit Required, Due in Full 30 Days Prior to Arrival

  • Accessibility:  The property is hilly and has some exterior stairs, including a few stairs up from the driveway to the home & stairs down to the dock. It may be considered challenging for those with mobility concerns

Property Rules:
  • Pets:  Not allowed, home is strictly an animal-free zone due to owner family member severe allergies (Enforced) 
  • No Smoking on Property
  • Max 8 Guests: No additional guests allowed on property exceeding max.  No parties or events allowed 
  • Water Shoes Required:  This area of Norris Lake has a shale rock bottom with sharp sections.  While the shale lends to one of the cleanest lakes in TN it is dangerous in bare feet, even swimming in shallow areas with rock crop ups.  Please bring and always wear water shoes while in the water
  • Driveway Parking:  Room for 3 vehicles at top of driveway.  Additional shoulder area parking along street
  • Boat Trailers:  No trailered boats, trailered jet skis, trailers allowed on driveway.  There is temporary parking along the street shoulder for your trailer while your boat is in the water  
  • Motorhomes, Campers, etc.:  No motorhomes, campers, tents or any other arrangement that can sleep people on the driveway, yard, or anywhere else on the property. 8 people max.
  • Damages:  Guests are responsible for any damages

Additional Property Disclosures:
  • ​Security:  There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year-round rental.  They do not look into any interior spaces.  Alarm Security System is for use by owners only
  • Lake Levels:   Please note, this part of the lake has year-round water.  Be advised that lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring and can fluctuate in off season months 
  • Liabilities:  Renters and their guests assume all liabilities
