The Haven Dock & Norris Lake Location

The Haven has year-round dock & big water access with stunning views. Norris Lake was voted #1 in TN for cleanest lake & #4 in all of the US for swimming!  While the water pool may go up or down, we are located on Norris Lake's main channel of the Clinch River and the dock adjusts to always have all season water access for your enjoyment.  Located 1/2 way between Beach Island & Hickory Star Marinas this area of the lake tends to be quieter to boat traffic offering easy and safe enjoyment of summer water sports or even off-season fishing.  At The Haven there is always something to do on the water year-round!!! 
The Haven's large 33'L x 28'W floating dock easily accommodates tying boats up on either side.   There is a ski jet pad available for quick on/off fun!  The large sun deck lounge area on the left of the dock is shaded by the canopy in the afternoon for relaxation and escape from some sun.  There is a drop-down deck ladder to easily float off with your favorite beverage!  The dock has Fiber Wi-Fi with extended signal from the house!  Enjoy!   (*Lift for owner use only)
